Pro iOS7 Music Apps that work
Yesterday I took the plunge and updated both of my iPads to iOS7. I’m done with live shows for the winter and don’t have a session where my iPads are absolutely required until the end of November.
As always, I let other folks “potty train” the OS and only upgraded after I was confident all of the critical applications I use were working properly.
I’m happy to report iOS 7.0.3 is stable, faster, WAY more attractive and – most importantly – all of the music apps I use every day run just fine.
Below is a list of the apps I use and have tested. All of the apps listed are fully functional on an iPad3 running iOS 7.0.3. Names in Red are my “go to” apps; the ones I use daily in creation, production and performance. There are plenty of reviews out there of all the apps listed and I’ve included iTunes links.
All of the apps listed below are stable and do what they are designed to do extremely well. My personal preferences regarding GUI are what gets an app on my “go to” list.
So what apps are you using on iOS7 for controllers, synthesis, processing and utility?
